I tried to return a dress and it turned into way more trouble than it should’ve been. Customer service barely got back to me, and when they finally did, it felt like they were just sending the same copy-and-paste replies. Also, the dress itself was already disappointing, but then dealing with the return made it worse. It took ages to get anywhere, I had to keep following up, and somehow I still ended up losing money on shipping. Just not worth it. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I really wanted to like this dress because it looked so cute in the photos, but once it arrived the fabric felt kind of cheap, the seams were already looking loose, and after wearing it just one time it seemed like it was starting to fall apart, which was super disappointing because for the price I definitely expected something that would hold up better.

I felt a bit pressured to choose something, but most of the designs just looked old-fashioned to me. A lot of them came off kind of tacky, and I couldn’t really find anything that felt current or like my style.

I ordered my usual size from Badgley Mischka, but the fit was just nooot right. It was tight around my waist and then weirdly loose up top, so it looked kind of awkward on me. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t help much. Ended up having to return it, which was annoying. I was really expecting the sizing to be more accurate, so yeah, definitely disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Badgley Mischka, and overall the process was straightforward. Checkout was easy enough, and I received the order confirmation email almost immediately, which I appreciated.

The only minor issue was that shipping took a little longer than I expected, maybe about two extra days. That said, the tracking information did update along the way, so I was able to keep an eye on where the package was.

When the shoes arrived, the package was in good condition and nothing was damaged. I’m happy with the purchase overall, but yeah, I do wish the delivery had been just a bit quicker
